A shooting suspect died Friday afternoon at New Hampshire Hospital in Concord, authorities said. The state’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management said on social media that the situation was under control at the hospital and that the suspect had died. First responders rushed in. A second person was shot at New Hampshire Hospital on Clinton Street in the state capital just before 4 p.m., WMUR reported. The extent of their injuries was not immediately known. New Hampshire State Police previously said multiple victims were injured. According to its website, the New Hampshire hospital offers acute, inpatient psychiatric services. The hospital is one of several buildings on a sprawling campus that includes the Concord County Courthouse and the Department of New Hampshire.
