Two police officers and a firefighter were shot and killed in a Minnesota city Sunday morning after responding to a “domestic-related shooting,” authorities said.
Governor Tim Walls confirmed the death on social media, Other officers were injured in the shooting, though it was unclear how many more.

The Burnsville Police Department referred inquiries to a city spokeswoman, who said a news conference was scheduled for Sunday afternoon.
Video from local television showed a heavy police presence at the scene. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety said it is working with local authorities on the investigation.
