Yankees vs. Guardians Score, Live Highlights: New York leads 3-0 as series shifts to Cleveland for ALCS Game 3

American League Championship Series in Cleveland with the New York Yankees up 2-0 over the Cleveland Guardians Giancarlo Stanton and Juan Soto both hit home runs in a 5-2 Game 1 victory, then Aaron Judge went deep in Game 2 of New York’s 6-3 victory. .   • Tim Herrin was one strike away from ending the inning after John Bertie’s double wiped out a leadoff walk, but Anthony Volpe extended the inning with a double. Alex Verdugo will try to bring him in now.

  • Quan was grounded out to end the inning. With the Yankees needing two more runs over the next three innings, Tim Herrin (dominant Guardians reliever No. 2) replaces Kate Smith.
